Allison Sissom

Allison Sissom currently serves as the Head of Career Outcomes at LaunchCode, where additional roles have included Interim Vice President of Education Operations, Director of Education Operations, and Director of Talent Solutions since July 2022. Concurrently, since October 2022, Allison has taken on the role of Teaching Artist at South Broadway Art Project. Previous experience includes leadership positions at The Magic House, St. Louis Children's Museum, as Lead Manager and Manager and Educator from May 2019 to July 2022; Teaching Artist at Perennial from June 2018 to December 2021; and Art Teacher for FERGUSON-FLORISSANT R-II SCHOOL DISTRICT from 2015 to May 2019. Additionally, teaching roles were held at Parkway School District, Truman State University, and the Kirksville Art Association. Allison holds a Master of Arts in Education, Visual Art Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Truman State University.
