Lina Paulauskaite

Lina Paulauskaite is an accomplished Customer Success Manager at LaunchDarkly since September 2022, specializing in feature management to enhance software delivery and control. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of LPB - The Club of Lithuanian Professionals in Barcelona, Lina actively contributes to the professional community. Previous roles include Knowledge Base Lead at SuperOffice, where significant improvements in customer self-service experiences and support processes were implemented, alongside various roles in customer support and business analysis.
