Jessica Ninivaggi

Jessica Ninivaggi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica started their career in 2013 as a Retail Salesperson at Nordstrom. In 2014, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at PUBLIC Hotels and later transitioned to Blowtique Salon as a Receptionist & Social Media personnel. In the same year, they joined Isobar and took on different roles, including Office Coordinator/Receptionist, Office Manager, and HR Coordinator. Jessica then moved to John Varvatos Enterprises in 2017 as a Senior Coordinator in Human Resources. Currently, they are employed at Launchmetrics, where they have held multiple roles over the years. Jessica started as a Human Resources Generalist in 2018, then became the People Operations Manager for the US in 2020, and currently serves as the Senior People Operations Manager.

From 2010 to 2014, Jessica Ninivaggi attended DePaul University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Communication. Jessica'sfield of study was focused on Public Relations & Advertising.
