Swigney Arvelo

Swigney Arvelo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Starting in 2009, Swigney worked as a Design Intern at LDV design, gaining knowledge and skills in furniture design.

In 2010, Swigney interned at go for hit, where they focused on designing retail store displays for luxury brands and coordinating the installation team.

From 2012 to 2014, Swigney joined BESTSELLER as an International Business trainee, taking on Responsibilities as a Product Coordinator for two different brands. They also coordinated the sales team and visited suppliers in China and Italy.

Returning to BESTSELLER in 2014, Swigney was responsible for product management and sales tracking for the French market under the role of Responsable Produit France Wholesale for Vero Moda.

In 2017, Swigney took on the role of Responsable produit, where they coordinated a 14-person sales team and participated in key account meetings. Additionally, they developed marketing actions and contributed to product development.

In 2018, Swigney joined BESTSELLER again, this time as a member of the commercial department for Vero Moda. They contributed to the department's operations until April 2019.

Most recently, Swigney worked at Launchmetrics as a Customer Success Manager, where they implemented projects tailored to clients' needs and workflows. They also monitored client usage of their cloud-based platform to minimize customer churn.

Swigney Arvelo's education history is as follows:

Swigney Arvelo obtained a "Certificat de competence E-marketing et e-commerce" from Cnam Paris between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, Swigney attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they earned a BA (hons) in Design, specializing in Product Design. Before that, from 2006 to 2009, Swigney studied at CREAPOLE and obtained a certification in Product Design. Additionally, Swigney also earned a degree in Design Produit from Creapole during the same time period, specializing in Industrial and Product Design.
