Daniel Grindrod

Daniel Grindrod is a Co-Founder of LaunchPad Academy, a platform designed to support career advancement in Tech Sales, and has been actively involved since January 2024. As a member of the CUB Club of United Business since January 2020 and Co-Founder & Director of 4Twenty Consulting since November 2016, Grindrod focuses on connecting top talent with businesses in the Technology, Sales, and Digital sectors. Additionally, Grindrod serves as a Director at Tech Talks Australia, which fosters collaboration among tech companies while raising funds for various charities. Previous experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Aircall and Regional Manager at RSP Consulting, where a candidate-focused recruitment approach was emphasized. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Plymouth and a Bachelor's degree from Hartpury University and Hartpury College.
