Ryan Rahn has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and engineering fields. Ryan started their career as a Lesson Developer at FlightSafety International in August 2010. In August 2018, they joined LaunchPoint Technologies as an Aerospace Engineer, where they conducted research and implemented analytical plate-fin heatsink models and developed aircraft sizing models. Ryan also automated FEA motor analysis tasks. In 2012, they joined LEAP, LLC as a Staff Engineer, focusing on thermal analysis and CFD modeling of battery cells. Ryan supported the design of experiments and correlated experimental data with CFD models to determine the total probability of risk. Ryan is currently working as an Aerospace Engineer at LaunchPoint Electric Propulsion Solutions, Inc. since March 2020, where they are involved in unspecified aerospace engineering projects.
Ryan Rahn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University in 2009. Ryan then pursued further studies and earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University from 2009 to 2015.
