Barbara Dela Cruz began their career as a Housekeeper and has since built an impressive work history. Barbara is currently the Vice President of Hospitality Sales at Laundris Corporation, where they focus on leveraging precision technology for digital transformation in the hospitality industry. Prior to this, Barbara worked as the Director of Hospitality Culture at Pyramid Global Hospitality. Barbara also served as the Managing Partner at Culture Solutions Team, specializing in hospitality, executive coaching, team building, and culture/brand training. Barbara has experience as the Owner of Dela Cruz & Associates, where they provided executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development, and organized executive retreats. Barbara also held the positions of Vice President - Southwest Region at ECU Staffing and Regional Talent Manager at Central Market. Additionally, Barbara has worked at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center as the Director of Leadership & Training and Operations Training Manager. Barbara has held managerial roles, including Hotel Manager at Wyndham Palm Springs and Guest Services Manager at Hotel Galvez - A Wyndham Grand Heritage Hotel.
