Stacey Gillis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stacey started their career at BMO Nesbitt Burns as an Assistant to the Vice-President Senior Investment Advisor. Stacey generated accurate reports, conducted research on companies and potential investment opportunities, and analyzed clients' portfolios. After that, Stacey worked at Mexx Canada Company, where they held various roles. As a Operations Analyst, they prepared and analyzed sales reports, supported field teams in forecasting sales and reducing wage costs, and contributed to the development of a traffic performance measurement system. Stacey then became a Financial Analyst, supporting the Financial Controller on planning, budgeting, and reporting, and providing accurate financial and sales analysis. Finally, Stacey became the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, where they were responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and long-range planning to achieve financial goals and maintained the Capital Expenditure process and budget. Currently, Stacey is the Director of Finance at Laura Canada, where they manage corporate treasury, develops cash flow forecasting, and oversees financial forecasts of financial performance.
Stacey Gillis completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McGill University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Marianopolis College where they earned a DEC degree in Commerce.
