Billy Melnyk

Billy Melnyk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Billy started their career as an Application Support Analyst at Cypher Systems Group (CSG) in 2009. Billy then joined LKDSB as a Mobile Device Technologist in 2012 and later worked as a LAN Technologist. In 2016, they moved to Enbridge, where they held various roles including Application Support Analyst, Advisor Application Development, Supervisor TIS Application Operations, and Specialist, Product Owner for Contact Center applications and systems. Currently, they are working as a Lead Specialist in Distribution Channels at Laurentian Bank since 2022.

Billy Melnyk attended St. Clair College from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Computer Systems Technology with a focus on Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Billy obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance. Billy earned these certifications in July 2023 and April 2023, respectively.
