Imre Szekely

Imre Szekely has extensive work experience in the field of UI/UX and visual design. Imre is currently working as the UI/UX and visual design lead at Laurentian Bank of Canada since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CIBC as a Senior UX and Visual Designer from June 2017 to November 2021. Before joining the banking sector, Imre worked at CAS Software Kft. as a Senior UX/UI Designer, where their responsibilities included designing concepts, layouts, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and mobile apps, as well as branding design and illustration. Imre also worked at Parka Group Inc. as a Senior Designer and at Feature Creep Technology (now Parka Group) as a Senior Designer, where they focused on re-branding products, designing layouts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Imre also gained experience as a UI/UX Designer and Artist at Gameloft Toronto, where they created user interfaces, art assets, wireframes, and layouts for various projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director at BSEEN Design Group Toronto, where they were involved in print materials, website design, flash presentations, and motion graphics. Imre's career began as a Graphic Designer at Trilobita Informatics Excl Co. Overall, Imre Szekely has a diverse background in UI/UX and visual design across multiple industries and has demonstrated expertise in creating user-centered and visually appealing design solutions.

Imre Szekely pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia at the West University of Timisoara from 1996 to 2000.
