Manuel Rincón Ovalle

Manuel Rincón Ovalle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Manuel is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at LAVALENTINA Design, where they have been responsible for aligning the company's HR strategy with its overall objectives. As an HR Business Partner, Manuel served as a strategic ally to the Country Manager and CEO, contributing value to the business through talent management. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Talent and Wellness Leader at the same company, where they made key HR decisions, implemented effective HR processes, and focused on acquiring and developing top talent. Manuel also ensured efficient onboarding and offboarding processes and created personal and professional development plans for the team. Before joining LAVALENTINA Design, Manuel worked as a Distributor and Sales Consultant at SumUp. Manuel also worked as an Organizational and Developmental Psychologist at Universidad Sergio Arboleda and as a Clinical Psychologist at Universidad Piloto de Colombia. In addition, Manuel gained experience as a Marketing Department Monitor at Universidad Piloto de Colombia.

Manuel Rincón Ovalle has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Piloto de Colombia. Manuel also completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR). Additionally, they have taken a course in Complex Project Management from Universidad de Los Andes.
