Tomas Baltutis

Tomas Baltutis is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Head of Project Management Department and Continuous Improvement Team Lead (OPEX) at Lavango since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tomas was the Head of Project Management Office and Department at JSC ITCC, where strategic goals were formulated and project management culture was developed from July 2017 to July 2022. Tomas's career includes significant positions such as Director of Commerce at JSC Varimonta, where responsibilities included project bidding and contract negotiations, and Project Manager for notable projects like the Orlen Lietuva Shutdown and the Kaunas Žalgiris Arena construction. With a Master’s Degree from Kaunas University of Technology and additional training in project management and effective communication, Tomas possesses a strong foundation in both management and technical aspects of project execution.
