Luz Aida de la Vega

Luz Aida De la Vega possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in Talento Humano at Lavartex since September 2021. Previously, Luz Aida held the position of Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Cosmic from January 2017 to August 2021, overseeing recruitment, selection, training, and personnel management across several states in Mexico. Prior to that, a regional HR coordinator role at Securitas Nederland involved developing and executing strategies for timely vacancy coverage and employee retention. Luz Aida began a career in human resources with Andamios Atlas as Jefe de Reclutamiento, Selección y D.O., managing recruitment and organizational development processes across 13 branches nationwide. Early experience as an Asistente de personal y contratación at Areas included national-level personnel selection and development. Luz Aida holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and completed a specialized program in Human Resources Administration at Universidad Tecmilenio.
