Nicoló Cavaliere

Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently with SMART Technologies since July 2010, focusing on developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Previously served as a Firmware Engineer at the same company, contributing to firmware and diagnostic tools for similar products. Prior experience includes work as an Electronics Contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, designing and repairing educational devices, and serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, where responsibilities included lab instruction and exam invigilation. Earlier career highlights include an Electronics Engineer role at Grindcom, developing control systems for forest harvesters. Chris Nicol holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
