Brigitte Gauthier

Brigitte Gauthier is a partner lawyer at Lavery Avocats, where since October 2007, Gauthier has specialized in private financing, representing national and international lending institutions in secured and unsecured loan transactions, including syndicated and project financing. Gauthier collaborates with financial institutions to structure and document new lending and security programs, providing expertise on their implementation within branch networks. Previously, Gauthier served as a partner at Desjardins Ducharme from April 2000 to October 2007. Gauthier holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Université de Montréal, completed in 1995.
