Norman Norman Brookshire

Norman Norman Brookshire has extensive work experience in maintenance and management roles. Norman started their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Work Center Supervisor from 1977 to 1992. Following their military service, they joined Schwans in 1996 as a Maintenance Manager, responsible for maintaining parts inventory, supervising mechanics, managing refrigeration and waste water treatment, and overseeing security. Norman also designed and manufactured depositing heads and equipment parts and implemented maintenance programs for multiple plants. Since June 2021, Norman has been working at Epi Breads as the Director of Maintenance. Prior to that, they held the position of Maintenance Engineer at Epi Breads from 2005 to 2021. Norman had previously worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Epi Breads from 2005 to 2014.
