Kim Simmonds

Kim Simmonds is the CEO and Founder of Cloud Contracts 365. Prior to this, Kim founded and served as CEO of Law 365. Kim also worked as a Principal and Director at Simmonds Law and as a Solicitor at Teacher Stern LLP. With a background in Technology Law, Kim has also held positions at Sherrards Solicitors LLP, International HIV/AIDS Alliance, and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Kim holds an LLB and LLM in International Business and Trade Law.
