Martin Buckland

Martin Buckland is a highly experienced HR professional currently serving as the Managing Director of HR At Work Limited and the Group Technical Director of Law at Work CI since April 2016. With a strong background in HR consultancy across the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man, Martin specializes in developing people policies. Previous positions include Deputy Director at JACS from April 2014 to April 2016, Senior Business Manager at Law At Work (Channel Islands) Limited from March 2012 to March 2014, Manager - Funds at Standard Bank from November 2008 to February 2012, and Legal Assistant at Mourant from July 2007 to October 2008. Martin's academic qualifications include an Outstanding Bar Vocational Course from Cardiff University and an LLB in Law from the University of Essex, as well as the International Baccalaureate from UWC Atlantic College.
