Amber de Buizer

Amber De Buizer has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Amber is currently the Chief Development Officer at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, Amber held various roles at Santa Clara University, including Assistant Vice President, Development, Deputy Executive Director for Major Gifts, and Director of Development. Amber also served as the Development Director at Acterra and held positions at the San Francisco Symphony and San Francisco Girls Chorus. Amber has experience as a consultant for the Stern Grove Festival Association and founded the Norcal DJ and Music Production Academy. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Alameda County Meals on Wheels, a Human Resources Manager at CollabNet, and a Technical Analyst at Mercer.

Amber De Buizer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Santa Clara University. In addition, they have received two certifications. One is a Gift Planning Certificate from Santa Clara University, which was obtained in June 2019. The other certification is from the International Academy for Advancement Leadership, obtained from Advancement Resources in May 2019.
