Samantha McCarthy, Esq. is a lawyer with a diverse legal background, specializing in estate planning, probate, real estate transactions, and business transactions. Samantha has experience working as an attorney, legal counsel, and trust settlement officer. Samantha also serves as the Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors for the HOPE ALZHEIMERS CENTER and volunteers as Legal Counsel for Rhode Home Rescue. Samantha obtained their Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and holds a degree in Mass Communication from North Dakota State University.
