Jonathan M. has extensive experience in information technology within the legal and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Information Technology Team Lead at the Law Offices of the Public Defender for the 20th Judicial Circuit since February 2021, Jonathan also holds roles as Tier II Advisor and Automated Systems Assistant. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Solera, Inc. from December 2020 to February 2021, and gained valuable experience as a Genius at Apple from September 2017 to February 2020.
