Christina Yee

Christina Yee is an experienced attorney with a focus on trust and estate litigation and administration. Currently serving as an Associate at Law & Stein, LLP since September 2015, Christina specializes in trust litigation, including the enforcement of no-contest provisions and trust accountings, as well as estate litigation and probate administration. At Legate Law Corporation, also an Associate since September 2008, Christina has taken on significant responsibilities in legal research, particularly in probate litigation, achieving notable successes such as prosecuting a Surcharge Petition for attorney fees. Previous experience includes a role as a Law Clerk at the Law Office of Joseph M. Aliberti, where legal research and management of court schedules were key functions, and an internship with the United States Department of Commerce, focusing on export strategies. Christina earned a JD from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and holds a BA in International Finance from the University of Southern California.
