Neeraj Gupta

Neeraj Gupta has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Neeraj currently serves as a Principal Advisor at Valhalla Private Capital since 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded Lawcubator in 2018 and held the position of CEO. In 2020, they became the Chief Advisor for Technology & Innovation Investments at Invest Alberta. Neeraj also serves as a Board Member at Calgary Chamber of Commerce since 2021 and as a Co-founder & Board Member at EMeRG since 2021. Neeraj co-founded Sound Comply in 2022 and serves as a Co-founder. Additionally, they are an Angel Investor and Advisor at Fledge App since 2022. Neeraj is also a Co-founder & Investor at FormulateIP Technolegal Solutions Private Limited since 2007. Neeraj has served as an Advisor and Chief Strategy Officer & Advisor to the CEO at Attabotics Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Lastly, Neeraj is a Board Member at Collins Capital since 2022.

Neeraj Gupta completed their Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 1998 to 2002. Neeraj then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004. In 2015, Neeraj Gupta enrolled in the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they obtained a Post Graduate Program in General Management (PGPX) in 2016.
