Nikhil Nirmel

Nikhil Nirmel is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in technology and real estate. As the founder of AnyLearn.ai, Nikhil is advancing online education through AI. Previously, Nikhil founded Exuity, which allows property owners to sell shares in low/no-debt residential real estate. Prior to that, Nikhil led Vessel, focusing on fractional ownership in private companies and real estate, which laid the groundwork for Exuity. Nikhil also served as CEO of Lawdingo.com, initially creating an online attorney-client engagement platform that evolved to provide paralegal services. Early career experience includes roles at Yelp as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and Yodle as a Business Analyst. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and completed a program at Y Combinator in 2013.
