Gerald D. Daves

Gerald "Jerry" Daves serves as a commercial real estate broker for LawlerWood after leading Wood Properties, Inc. for many years. Jerry began working with Pat Wood in 1972 after he served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and a Real Estate Brokers License in Tennessee.

Jerry has served as President of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, President of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, Regional Vice President of the National Association of Realtors, President of the Apartment Council of Tennessee, President of the East TN Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Members, Chairman of The University of Tennessee Chancellor's Associates,

Jerry has served on boards of Knox Area Rescue Ministries, Fort Sanders Foundation, Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership, and is a Committee Member of Knoxville Young Life. He is a deacon at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.
