Robert Finley

Robert serves as Commercial Agent for LawlerWood. He is a generalist, having represented both landlords and tenants in retail and industrial lease transactions, and owners in commercial property sales. He spent the first part of his career working in various communication and fundraising roles for small nonprofits, one very large church, and a joint program of the City of Knoxville and Knox County addressing the issue of homelessness, where he helped to secure public and private funding for development of permanent supportive housing and interacted with the public in support of the program and the people it served. Mr. Finley has worked in technology sales, selling services and software to principles in a diverse array of businesses including law firms, real estate brokerages, medical practices, design and engineering operations, and industry. He started his real estate career with Conversion Properties, Inc. and made the transition with the Conversion team to LawlerWood, LLC in March 2021.

Robert is a Knoxville native, a graduate of the Webb School of Knoxville and of the University of Tennessee.
