Charles Fetterman has extensive experience in electrical engineering and research and development, having served as a Superblock Facilities Electrical Engineer at Lawrence Livermore National Security since July 1970, focusing on lasers, national intelligence, and nuclear facilities. Prior to this role, Charles worked as a Technical Associate at Bell Telephone Laboratories from June 1966 to August 1968, where responsibilities also centered on laser research and development. Charles began a career in technology as an Avionics Technician in the US Navy from 1961 to 1964, specializing as an Airborne Radio Code Operator. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electronics Technology from Brigham Young University (1968-1970), an Associate of Science from Pennsylvania State University - Dubois Campus (1964-1966), and certification as an Aviation Electronics Technician from the US Navy (1961-1964).
