Jason Benacka

Jason Benacka has a strong background in compensation and benefits and has held various roles in this field. Jason started their career at LECG as a Senior Consultant from September 2006 to April 2011. Jason then joined Lawson Products, where they worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst from April 2011 to February 2013. Following that, they served as a Compensation Manager from March 2013 to November 2016 and then as a Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits from December 2016 to July 2020. Currently, Jason holds the position of Director of Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Payroll at Lawson Products starting from August 2020.

Jason Benacka completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from DePaul University in 2006, with a concentration in Actuarial Science.
