Tanushree Bagrodia

Tanushree Bagrodia has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Tanushree is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., a global manufacturer in the chemical industry. Prior to this, they served as the IFC Nominee Director at Regency Healthcare, where they worked to enhance healthcare services in Uttar Pradesh. Tanushree also held the position of CFO at udaan.com, leading the establishment of a digital lending platform. Tanushree has a strong background in finance, evident in their role as CFO and VP-IT at NRB Bearings Limited, where they achieved significant financial growth. Additionally, they have held various positions at IDFC Capital Limited, KBC Financial Products, Merrill Lynch International, and HVB. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in finance, leadership, and strategic planning.

Tanushree Bagrodia completed their MBA in Business Management from INSEAD in 2003. In 2007, they attended the Investment Management Program at the London Business School. Tanushree obtained a B.Engg degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
