Issy Cooper has accumulated extensive experience in customer care, currently serving as the Head of Customer Care at Lay & Wheeler since September 2016, with prior roles including Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Assistant. Previous experience includes a position as a Customer Service Advisor at Suffolk Coastal District Council from January 2015 to September 2016 and as a Receptionist at The Orwell Hotel, Felixstowe from November 2012 to January 2014. Issy holds Level 3 and Level 2 qualifications in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and graduated from Ipswich High School for Girls.
