Aine O'Connor

Aine O'Connor has a strong background in HR, with a focus on healthcare organizations. Aine started their career in 2000 as an HR Officer at BUPA Ireland, where they worked for seven years. Aine then moved to Laya Healthcare (formerly Quinn Healthcare & BUPA Ireland) in 2007 as an HR Officer. In 2012, they advanced to the role of HR Operations Manager at Laya Healthcare, where they provided support and specialist knowledge in various HR areas. Aine's career at Laya Healthcare continued to progress, and they eventually became the Head of HR. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & ESG at Laya healthcare.

Aine O'Connor attended Munster Technological University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Business & Marketing with a focus on Marketing. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued further education at University College Cork and received a Higher Diploma in Personnel Management, specializing in Personnel Management.
