Joshua P Jacob is a skilled process engineer currently working at Layfield Group since August 2022. With prior experience as a technician at alfa Int and a quality inspector-team lead at PIC, A TRIGO Company, Joshua has demonstrated strong capabilities in task planning, prioritization, and team supervision. Joshua's engineering background includes a research internship at Edson, where two design concepts were proposed to enhance case packaging machinery throughput, and a design internship at AppleMed Systems & Research, focusing on biomedical products and creating various 2D and 3D models. Joshua began the professional journey as a quality control and operation trainee at Maraica Industries in India, where experience in inspection and the implementation of quality systems was gained. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology.
