Alexander Letelier Cruz

Alexander Letelier Cruz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at Layner since March 2023, Alexander is also a founding partner of multiple legal firms, including Equipo Legal and Defensores Laborales, emphasizing expertise in various areas of law and labor defense. With a history of providing legal advisory services at CL Seguridad Limitada since January 2013 and having previously worked at Centro de la Mujer Copiapó, Alexander has demonstrated a strong commitment to legal practice and advocacy. Additionally, Alexander has contributed to academia as a teaching assistant in the Criminal Law Department at Universidad Central de Chile. Alexander holds a diploma in Oral Trials and Litigation Techniques from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is a candidate for a Master’s degree in Procedural Law from Universidad Central.
