Phillip Naples

Phillip Naples is the co-founder and CEO of Layr, a technology-enabled insurance brokerage. Phillip has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting their career at Aon in 1998. In 2002, they joined Beecher Carlson, where they held various positions. In 2003, they moved to INSUREtrust, where they were a producer until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were a producer at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants. In 2009, they joined Pritchard & Jerden, where they were a producer until 2015.

Phillip Naples has a MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a BBA from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Phillip also has a master of business administration from Walton High School.
