Kendra Petty

Kendra Petty joined LAZ Parking in 2011 as Regional Vice President of the Northwest Division. She was then promoted to Executive Vice President overseeing the Airport Division, National Accounts, and Nevada. Kendra has managed many types of properties, including airports, municipal operations, hotels, office buildings, stadiums and arenas, mixed use developments, transit systems, toll roads, and on-street meter operations.

Kendra brings 24 years of parking industry experience to LAZ, having managed more than 160 markets in North America. Kendra started her career in Los Angeles and was promoted to positions in Dallas, San Antonio, and Atlanta. She became Regional Manager in Chicago where she was responsible for multiple cities. She was then promoted to Vice President of the Northwest for six years before relocating to Los Angeles, where she managed four parking companies for a private firm, serving as Executive Vice President. Kendra earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from SUNY University in New York City.
