Mac Stevens

Mac Stevens, CAPP, has more than nine years of experience in operations and project management within the parking and logistics industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at LAZ Parking since October 2016, Mac focuses on developing client relationships, enhancing business retention, and maximizing revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Previously, Mac held roles including Project Manager, overseeing all parking assets in Cincinnati, and Night Watch Team Leader at Legion Logistics, where responsibilities included managing overnight operations and resolving carrier issues. Mac's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and an Associate of Arts in Sociology, both from Thomas More University.
