Nathalie Abbou

Nathalie Abbou is an experienced investment banking professional currently serving as a Senior Associate in Shareholder Advisory at Lazard since January 2019. Abbou's expertise includes advising clients on shareholder activism, enhancing shareholder engagement, and providing strategic guidance on corporate governance and takeover defense. Prior to this role, Abbou progressed through various positions at Lazard, including Associate and Analyst, as well as an Internship. Prior experience includes credit risk analysis at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking and internships with the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade and the New Zealand Defence Force.
