Yihui Chen

Yihui (Steve) Chen is a Vice President at Lazard, specializing in Greater China investment banking with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, domestic M&As, and fundraisings since September 2018. Previously, Yihui worked as a Senior Associate at HuaTai Securities Co., Ltd. from October 2015 to September 2018, where expertise included cross-border M&A advisory and A-share M&A/equity issuances. Yihui holds a Master of Science in Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Economics from Beijing International Studies University.
