Rick Fitzgerald

Rick Fitzgerald is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in packaging design and business consulting. Currently serving as Chief Design Officer at Merchant Boxes since February 2022, Rick focuses on experiential packaging for small to mid-size companies. Additionally, Rick contributes as a Studio Member at nth Venture and co-founded Lazy Turtle Group, providing consulting and design services for the consumer market. As Creative Director and Co-Founder of InnDica, Rick supports a niche travel platform for plant medicine enthusiasts. Previous roles include Studio Director at Coloredge, where Rick managed a team to deliver creative packaging solutions, Creative Director at Multi Packaging Solutions, and Director of Creative Services at Shorewood Packaging, where Rick developed innovative packaging designs for leading brands. Rick holds a BFA in Communication Arts & Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
