Marsha Lacey

As Director of Human Resources at LBA, Marsha is dedicated to helping each team member unlock their potential through training and development. Experience in various industries led to her great passion for understanding people and providing a positive influence.

With advanced degrees in human resource management, Marsha has established a proven record of success working in hospitality, as well as in the staffing, non-profit and manufacturing industries. Prior to her civilian career, she served in the United States Air Force as a Personnel Specialist. With both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) certifications, she is an advocate for the HR profession and often speaks on leadership and development, conflict resolution, workplace violence, recruiting and retention.

Marsha joined LBA in 2012 as a Staffing Manager and, after just a few short months, was promoted to Director of Human Resources. In this role, she manages the company’s people resources, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating HR strategies. By conducting routine analysis of workforce processes, she identifies issues and advises senior management on solutions to support company goals and the development of associates.

Marsha is an avid learner who enjoys traveling, outdoor sports, spending time with family and connecting with people on social media. She is also an Adjunct Instructor at Troy University.
