Victor Arias

Victor Arias is an accomplished professional serving as the CEO of Encantado Advisors since August 2024 and as a Senior Advisor at Diversified Search since July 2019, focusing on executive search for boards, consumer goods, real estate, and higher education sectors. In addition to these roles, Victor Arias holds various advisory and board positions, including Advisory Board Member for the Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Program, Board Member of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board for the Latino Business Action Network, and Co-Founder of the Latino Corporate Directors Association, an organization dedicated to enhancing Latino representation in corporate governance. Victor Arias has previously served on the Board of Trustees for The Catholic Foundation (Dallas, TX) and as Managing Director for RSR Partners. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BBA from The University of Texas at El Paso.
