Andrew Hess has extensive experience in the building materials industry, currently serving as Building Products Manager at LBM Advantage since September 2022, where Andrew focuses on leveraging collective member power for competitive advantage. Previously, Andrew held numerous key positions at Lumbermen's Inc. from 2013 to 2022, including Vice President of the Entry Door Division, where strategic sales and operational growth were prioritized. Roles such as General Manager and Customer Service Manager further showcased Andrew's leadership in driving profitability and ensuring client satisfaction. Earlier experience includes business development at Progressive Affiliated Lumbermen, Inc. and product management at North Pacific, along with sales roles at various organizations since 1986.
