Janay Jarrett

Janay Jarrett, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at LBMC Employment Partners since September 2017, after holding the position of Human Resources Account Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at Republic Parking System, where responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, 401(k) administration, HR policy support, compliance with employment law, EEO reporting, and FMLA administration. Earlier career experiences include internships at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., and Aerotek, focused on human resources and recruiting. Janay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and General Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
