Mike Sole

Mike Sole has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mike began their career in 1995 at CNA Insurance, where they served as the Director of the Project Office until 2004. During their time at CNA Insurance, Mike was responsible for overseeing the successful completion of various projects.

In 2004, Mike joined PICA Group as a Sr. Project Manager and was later promoted to Vice President of Information Systems in 2008. Mike played a crucial role in leading and managing IT projects within the organization.

In 2009, Mike moved to Trinisys, where they served as the VP of Sales and Marketing for over five years. Mike was responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies to expand the company's customer base.

Currently, Mike is working at LBMC Technology Solutions as the Director of Intelligent Automation since March 2019. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Sales at LBMC Technology Solutions for over four years.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results.

Mike Sole attended Lipscomb University from 1991 to 1995 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Organizational Communication.
