Shay Simpson

Shay Simpson has a diverse work experience in accounting and financial systems consulting. They started their career at Regal Entertainment Group as a Senior Accountant in 2003 and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Shay worked as a Controller at Bandit Lites, Inc. In 2019, Shay joined LBMC Technology Solutions as an Intacct Financial Systems Consultant and was promoted to the role of Senior Intacct Financial Systems Consultant in July 2022.

Shay Simpson's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Milligan College for a period of three years. During this time, Shay focused on studying accounting and finance. After completing their time at Milligan College, Shay went on to attend East Tennessee State University from 1996 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in accounting and finance.

In addition to their formal education, Shay has also obtained additional certifications. In October 2019, they became a Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist through Sage Intacct, Inc. Furthermore, in September 2021, Shay obtained the Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist Certification from the same institution.
