Joleen Bagwell

Joleen Bagwell serves as the Chief Development Officer and Director of Development & Marketing for Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinic and LBU Community Clinic, positions held since January and October 2008 respectively. In these roles, Joleen Bagwell oversees all fundraising and marketing initiatives for the nonprofit community health centers, which provide comprehensive health services to over 27,000 low-income residents in Dallas County. Prior to this, Joleen Bagwell was the CEO of Children's Oral Health Center from September 2005 to September 2008. Joleen Bagwell completed education at the University of Maryland.
