Tierra Lyles

Tierra Lyles currently serves as Operations Lead at LasikPlus (LCA-Vision Inc.), where contributions span from senior patient access representation to customer service roles since February 2016. Prior experience includes a server position at smoQ LLC from May 2015 to February 2016, where Tierra consistently exceeded sales goals and received positive customer feedback for excellent service. Earlier experience includes serving as the Lead Cashier at Victoria's Secret from August 2013 to April 2015, where recognition as the top-rated sales employee led to promotion from Sales Associate. Tierra is an alumna of Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
