Rob Chatfield MBA

Rob Chatfield MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2002, they founded Chatfield Management Consultants Ltd, where they served as the Managing Director. In this role, they managed end-to-end project management, including research, product launch, and trade shows. Rob also handled company accounts, transportation, logistics, and conducted data analysis and financial modeling.

From 2003 to 2011, Rob worked at Initial Facilities, initially as a Regional Operations Manager and later as a Sector Manager. In these roles, they led the facilities management for strategic properties, driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and implementing Lean and 5S practices. Rob also managed property projects such as space planning, office moves, and building rationalization initiatives.

From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Regional Operations Director at Spotless Facility Services, overseeing regional operations.

From 2013 to 2014, Rob worked as the National Operations Manager at Initial Facilities, responsible for national operations.

From 2014 to 2015, they held the position of National Cleaning Manager at VSG Vision Security Group.

From 2015 to 2017, Rob served as the Divisional Director at ABM UK, where they provided strategic leadership for managed facilities at prestigious locations such as shopping centers, commercial offices, stadiums, and leisure facilities. Rob also played a crucial role in securing a significant contract with Transport for London.

In 2017, they joined Interserve as a Project Manager/Consultant and later became the Major Accounts Director, responsible for major accounts.

From 2018 to 2019, Rob worked at ENGIE - UK & Ireland as an Interim Account Director/Consultant.

Currently, they are employed at Excellerate Services UK, initially joining as the Regional Director in 2019, before progressing to the role of Business Unit Director and currently serving as the Divisional Director.

Rob Chatfield earned their Master's degree in Facilities Management from Sheffield Hallam University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) from 2009 to 2010 to study Facilities Planning and Management. In their earlier years, they attended Portslade Community College from 1981 to 1987, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.
