Cheryl Usher

Cheryl Usher has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Retail Sales Consultant for AT&T Mobility, where they actively sold various products and services and managed financial transactions. In 2011, they transitioned to Ochsner Health System, initially as a Registration Coordinator handling patient scheduling and administrative tasks. Cheryl then became an Information Systems Clinical Trainer, teaching healthcare providers and staff how to use Epic Systems software, including at the elbow support during Epic Go-Live initiatives. Cheryl also served as an Epic ASAP Instructional Designer, creating and updating curriculum for the ASAP application. In 2016, they joined LCMC Health as an Epic Principal Trainer/Analyst, where they maintained Mitosis Major spreadsheet, assisted with Mitosis issues and MST build, and developed curriculum for the ASAP application. Cheryl later took on roles as an MST Applications Lead, IT Epic Training Manager, and currently works as an Information Technology Application Manager.

Cheryl Usher obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of New Orleans, graduating in 2009. In addition, they have obtained a Snagit Certification from TechSmith in March 2023. Cheryl also has certifications in Epic ASAP and Epic Inpatient Orders, with the institution and the specific dates of obtaining these certifications unspecified.
