Eric C. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Eric started their career in 2015 at Ochsner Health System, where they served in various roles such as Epic IS Business Intelligence Developer/ Epic Cogito Analyst, Epic Hospital Billing, Home Health Billing, and Hospice Billing Instructional Designer & Analyst, and EpicCare Inpatient Credentialed Trainer.

In their role as an Epic IS Business Intelligence Developer/ Epic Cogito Analyst, Eric was responsible for the design, connection, scheduling, and deployment of business intelligence components. Eric also conducted data analysis and validation, gathered requirements for business intelligence solutions, and provided support around data integration. Eric utilized tools such as Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio for querying databases.

After working at Ochsner Health System, Eric joined Nordic Global in 2021 as a Senior Consultant, where they served at Seattle Children's Hospital and Centura Health. In 2022, they continued their consulting career with Nordic Global at Advocate Health, and in 2023, they joined Evergreen Healthcare Partners as a Principal Consultant at Sharp HealthCare. Currently, Eric is employed at LCMC Health as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer.

Eric C. attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following certifications from Epic: Revenue Data Model in August 2019, Caboodle Data Model in July 2019, Epic Cogito in January 2019, Cogito Tools Admin in August 2017, Clarity Data Model - Resolute Hospital Billing in April 2017, Home Health Billing, Hospice Billing, Radar, Reporting Workbench, and Resolute Hospital Billing in 2017.
